At Hijab Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn hijabs and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the items are folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
